New Home for Katronic Clamp-On Flowmeters

With the new site in France, Katronic is growing and is now even closer to its customers

UK-based manufacturer Katronic Technologies has established a new French home for their successful range of Clamp-on Flowmeters. The new office located in Montmeyran in the Drôme will provide local commercial and technical support to the industrially significant south-eastern sector of France. It will also act as a base for assisting Katronic’s network of regional sales partners and a centre for the growth of the Katronic brand in the important French market.

The new development is part Katronic’s global strategy and reflects the increasing levels of business and opportunities seen in France in the last five years. The Director of the new venture is Thierry Nodin, a man with more than 25 years’ experience in the flow and instrumentation sector. Mr. Nodin has been working with the Katronic Clamp-on flowmeters for five years and was central to the plans for establishing the new office. 

Katronic Managing Director Andrew Sutton: “Our flowmeters have been in use in France for many years but our business was always done through third parties. France is a country where I have studied, and lived and it was always a goal of mine to have a formal Katronic office here. Thanks to the work of Mr. Nodin we have been able to develop our position in the market and are now ready to expand our business here”.
