Change to the legal form of Katronic AG & Co. KG

Katronic AG & Co. KG has been registered in the Saxony-Anhalt Commercial Register as Katronic GmbH & Co. KG since 9 October 2024 and has been operating officially under the new name since November.

All general terms and conditions, as well as our terms and conditions of sale and delivery, remain unchanged. Furthermore, the address in Wernigerode is unaffected by the change of name; only the legal form has changed. We would ask you to use the new company name in your business correspondence with immediate effect and to update your records accordingly.
