Change in the Legal Form of Katronic AG & Co. KG

Katronic AG & Co. KG has been registered in the Saxony-Anhalt Commercial Register as Katronic GmbH & Co. KG since October 9, 2024, and has been operating officially under the new name since November.

All general terms and conditions, as well as our terms of sale and delivery, remain unchanged. Furthermore, the address in Wernigerode is unaffected by the name change; only the legal form has changed. We ask that you use the new company name in your business correspondence effective immediately and update your records accordingly.
