The IP65 aluminum housing, combined with the high-quality IP66 stainless steel sensors, ensures durability. Its extensive interface options, including current output, relay contact, and open-collector, make the KATflow 230 a flexible solution for temporary installations and changing operating conditions—such as a replacement unit during the calibration of permanently installed flow meters. The integrated Pt 100/Pt 1000 inputs also allow for the measurement of temperature-compensated volumetric flow rates as well as complete heat flow measurements. For more advanced requirements, an expansion module is also available that provides additional inputs and outputs—for example, for two-channel heat flow measurements or communication interfaces such as Modbus.
