The KATflow 150 is the most versatile measurement system among stationary clamp-on flow meters—ideal for demanding applications that require maximum flexibility and a wide range of functions. Thanks to its modular design and customizable features, the KATflow 150 can be tailored specifically to customer-specific applications.
Two independent measurement channels allow for the simultaneous monitoring of two pipelines. This enables multiple measurement points to be monitored with a single device, thereby reducing installation effort and costs. Alternatively, measurements on individual pipelines are possible in two-path mode. The cross-mounted sensor pairs ensure high measurement accuracy, especially under difficult flow conditions. Integrated calculation functions such as sum, difference, average, and maximum value support precise evaluation of the measurement data and efficient process monitoring.
The lockable IP66 polycarbonate housing with key lock reliably protects against unauthorized use and ensures safe operation in industrial environments. The open architecture allows for the integration of all available sensors, process outputs, and communication interfaces. Up to ten freely assignable slots, including RS 485, Modbus RTU, Profibus PA, and HART*, enable a wide range of applications—from flow and heat measurement to automated process control and specialized monitoring and product identification tasks.
