Flowhire UK is phasing out its first-generation flow meters
Flowhire, the Yorkshire-based specialists in flow meter hire, was one of the first companies to invest in Katronic Technologies Ltd’s KATflow 200 portable clamp-on flow meters when the company was launched in 2009. Since then, the range has expanded significantly. The first KATflow 200 units purchased by Flowhire are still in use, having clocked up many thousands of hire hours and generated tens of thousands of pounds in hire revenue for Flowhire.
When the time finally came to ‘retire’ Flowhire’s first KATflow 200 units after 11 years of service, Katronic Technologies Ltd. created a display case for the two handheld devices and presented them to Flowhire at its offices in Sowerby Bridge. James Griffin from Katronic presented the display case to Flowhire’s director, Matt Bancroft.
