Flowhire UK is phasing out its first-generation flow meters
Flowhire, a Yorkshire-based specialist in flow meter rentals, was one of the first companies to invest in Katronic Technologies Ltd.’s KATflow 200 portable clamp-on flow meters when the company launched in 2009. Since then, the product line has expanded significantly. The first KATflow 200 units purchased by Flowhire are still in use, having logged many thousands of rental hours and generated tens of thousands of pounds in rental revenue for Flowhire.
When the time finally came to “retire” Flowhire’s first KATflow 200 units after 11 years of service, Katronic Technologies Ltd. created a display case for the two handheld devices and presented it to Flowhire at its offices in Sowerby Bridge. James Griffin of Katronic presented the display case to Flowhire Director Matt Bancroft.
