Katronic on course for expansion in France

Katronic Technologies Limited, a UK-based manufacturer, has opened a further branch to support its successful range of clamp-on flowmeters. The new office in Montmeyran, in the Drôme department of France, will provide on-site sales and technical support for the industrially significant south-east of France. It will also serve as a base for supporting Katronic’s regional network of sales partners and as a hub for the growth of the Katronic brand in the important French market.

This new development forms part of Katronic’s global strategy and reflects the growing business volume and opportunities that have arisen in France over the past five years. The new office is headed by Thierry Nodin, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the flow and measurement technology sector. Mr Nodin has been working with Katronic’s clamp-on flowmeters for five years and played a key role in the plans to establish the new office.

France is a country where I studied and lived, and it has always been my aim to open an official Katronic branch here. Thanks to Mr Nodin’s work, we have been able to strengthen our position in the market and are now ready to expand our business here.”
