To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Katronic Germany welcomed international sales partners, customers, and employees to a three-day anniversary event in Wernigerode.
25 Years of Measurable Success
To mark our 25th anniversary, we at Katronic AG & Co. KG Germany welcomed international guests, sales partners, and employees from the United Kingdom to a three-day celebration. We are delighted that all our guests accepted our invitation and that we were able to celebrate a wonderful, vibrant event together, featuring interesting encounters, discussions, and ideas for future business activities.
We kicked off our celebrations with a technical conference at the “Gothisches Haus Wernigerode” hotel, where all participants gained an overview of the industrial sectors in which Katronic’s clamp-on flow and heat meters are successfully used. Several sales partners presented niche applications that, upon closer examination, effectively met customer needs, thereby sparking interdisciplinary interest among the audience. An excellent dinner rounded out a very inspiring first day.
The midpoint of our celebrations was themed “Activities of Your Choice.” Options included: playing golf, a ride on a historic train combined with a hike, or a sightseeing tour titled “Through Six Centuries” in our colorful town in the Harz Mountains, Wernigerode. Some of the visitors decided to explore Wernigerode and the surrounding area on their own. Taking a breather in the middle of our anniversary celebration was important for everyone to recharge their energy for the following, extremely lively final event of the day—a boisterous party at the largest Oktoberfest in Saxony-Anhalt.
For all those who wanted to delve deeper into the applications and limitations of our ultrasonic flow measurement technology, our hands-on workshop offered the ideal opportunity for in-depth exchange and discussion with our technicians at the start of the third day of our celebration. This was followed by a “Soccer World Cup” featuring four assembled teams: the World All-Stars, England, Germany, and “Figo’s Friends.” Throughout the tournament, various food trucks and beverage carts kept our guests and soccer players well fed and hydrated. Bouncy castles and a wide variety of games kept our youngest guests entertained. All players and visitors enjoyed the event; although Germany won the tournament, the result was really just a side note.
The evening of the third day of the program—which also marked the conclusion of our 25th-anniversary celebration—took place at the “Elmo Klub Wernigerode.” Everyone danced to electronic music, and the final drinks were served before everyone said a warm goodbye and headed home.
